• Rank 1 - You can now craft advanced Power Armor mods. (Plans required)
• Rank 2 - Crafting Power Armor now costs fewer materials.
• Rank 3 - Your crafted Power Armor now has improved durability.

If your planning on crafting your own power armor mods then you will need to use this perk card.  You can use it to craft it and then swap the perk card with another.
