If you have already pre-order you should have access to the beta testing that is coming up for all platforms. The testing periods are limited to small timeframes of around four to eight hours. They will not have any 24/7 beta testing from what has currently been disclosed.

Want to use your power armor as a weapon? If so then this is the perk for you to use on enemies. It also goes really well with another perk called "Full Charge" that reduces the fusion core energy usage when sprinting.
