• Rank 1 - Your melee weapons ignore 25% of your targets armor.
• Rank 1 - Your melee weapons ignore 50% of your targets armor.
• Rank 1 - Your melee weapons ignore 75% of your targets armor.

This is a great perk card for melee based character builds.  It lets you ignore a percent of armor from whatever you are fighting with melee weapons.  It also goes well with perk cards; Gladiator + Slugger for additional damage potential.
