• Rank 1 - Your melee weapons weigh 20% less, and you can swing them 10% faster.
• Rank 2 - Your melee weapons weigh 40% less, and you can swing them 20% faster.
• Rank 3 - Your melee weapons weigh 60% less, and you can swing them 30% faster.

This is a very important perk for melee character builds. Makes your melee weapons weigh less and attack faster. You can also add in the incisor perk that ignores a percentage of target armor to maximize the swing speed damage potential.
