Fallout 76 has 2 different modes for taking screenshots. First is the special photomode that comes with alot of options and filters which can be displayed during the games load screens.
You can find these photo screenshots usually at the following drive path.
C:\Users\<Your Login Profile Name>\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76\Photos\<Large jumble letters and numbers>
If you installed windows on other drive letters, sub the c: to whatever that drive letter is on your system.
For screenshots that you take with the Print Scrn button, those pictures will be in another directory. So depending on where the core of the game is installed, you will have to navigate to it. Here is how it looks on my system with the game installed on the D: drive.
Note the image, the screenshots are on the root of the folder.
