Last Laugh - The Last Laugh perk automatically drops a grenade upon the perk-owner's death.

• Rank 1 - You drop a live grenade from your inventory when you die.

This is one of the few perk cards that maybe interesting for someone who is pvping on Fallout 76.  Everyone at some point for pvp will die from another player. What this perk does is on upon death a grenade is dropped.  If another player isn't paying attention they may be trying to loot your cargo drop and then die from the nade.
